Hello! I'm Amy Langa, a product designer in Chicago.

Since 2013, I've been tackling complex problems in industries like healthcare, fintech, and logistics, leading product design vision, influencing strategy, and partnering with engineering to ship work that matters. I specialize in systems thinking and service design: understanding how the pieces connect, where they break, and how to design experiences that hold up end to end. Lately, I've been going deep on AI-native workflows, building with Claude Code and Cursor alongside my design practice.

What makes me effective as a senior individual contributor is that I know when to zoom out to the system and when to get into the pixels. I partner closely with engineering, influence product strategy, and build the processes and shared language that make teams better at design over time.
